Sound Healing
Traditional and contemporary sound practices used for relaxation and reflection.
Sound healing draws on instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, bells and chanting, rooted in Tibetan Buddhist and Bon ritual traditions. Sessions are guided by a facilitator and typically last 45–60 minutes. It is offered here as a wellness and cultural practice, not as a substitute for medical care — guests with health conditions should check with a physician before joining.
This practice is offered as part of a wellness and cultural travel experience. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
