Traditional healing, guided through the Himalayas

Himalayan Healing Tours organizes traditional and modern healing tours and wellness experiences across Nepal — sound healing, yoga, Ayurveda, meditation and cultural journeys, guided with care and cultural respect.

Our approach

Rooted in Nepal, guided with care

Our programs bring together traditional Himalayan and Nepalese healing practices with thoughtful, well-organized travel. We work to represent these practices responsibly, distinguishing wellness and cultural traditions from medical treatment, and to support the communities and practitioners we work with.

Every itinerary is planned locally, in partnership with guides and practitioners based in the regions we visit, so that the pace of each trip — and the people leading it — reflect how these traditions are actually practiced in Nepal.
