Pokhara Lakeside Culture & Craft

♡

A four-day short cultural journey around Pokhara, pairing lakeside time with local craft workshops and Gurung cultural context.

Best for: Traveler wanting a short cultural add-on in Pokhara

Destinations: Pokhara

Overview

A shorter, Pokhara-based alternative to our Kathmandu-focused cultural journeys, this trip pairs the city's lakeside setting with local craft workshops and an introduction to Gurung cultural history, for guests who want a cultural component without a full week in the valley. It suits travelers already planning time in Pokhara for other reasons who want to add genuine cultural depth.

Each day pairs a guided cultural activity with free time by Phewa Lake — a craft workshop one morning, a Gurung cultural museum visit another — kept to a light schedule that leaves room to simply enjoy Pokhara's setting. This is a good complement to one of our trekking or retreat packages for guests extending their stay in the city.
