Pokhara's relatively flat lakeside area makes several of its sights genuinely easier to access than parts of Kathmandu Valley, though some viewpoints and older buildings still have real physical constraints we'll flag honestly rather than promise around. Vehicles, accommodation and boat access on Phewa Lake are all confirmed as accessible in advance.
